Abi Reiland
Abi Reiland is a commercial real estate pro, small-business owner, and unapologetic champion for women in business. She’s spent the last decade negotiating office, retail, industrial/flex, and land deals across Central Iowa — helping clients cut through the noise and get the space they actually need.
As a longtime entrepreneur herself, Abi knows what it takes to build something from the ground up. She also founded Taking Up Space, a powerhouse event created to help women step boldly into leadership, community, and opportunity.

Becca Anderson
Becca Anderson is a California native known for her hustle, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. In just over a year in the industry, she has worked on transactions ranging from tenant representation leases to seller representation sales — and plenty in between, often bringing creative solutions to deals to help get them across the finish line.
A small business owner and mom herself, Becca understands firsthand the realities, risks, and excitement that come with building something of your own. Becca combines Midwest living with Cali energy, and strong work ethic with relationship-focused service.

Heather Osby
Heather Osby is a Des Moines–based commercial real estate pro who mixes sharp strategy with real-life relatability. She helps tenants and business owners find the perfect place to plant their flag — whether that’s an lease option with room to grow or multi-family with big-time potential.
When she’s not negotiating deals, Heather is wrangling three kids, coaching fitness, and documenting the beautifully chaotic juggle of motherhood and entrepreneurship. She brings humor, heart, and a little “let’s-just-figure-this-out” energy to everything she touches.
