Abi Reiland recognized the momentum — and the culture — already thriving within the Sara Hopkins Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Precision Urban Office. So she made the leap from her role as Vice President at JLL Des Moines to build something new: a commercial division designed to match the team’s powerhouse residential presence.
SH Commercial officially launched in September 2024 and hit the ground running. Thanks to rapid growth, a client-first approach, and deep community roots, the team expanded again with the addition of another exceptional woman, Heather Osby.
As we close out 2025, SH Commercial is continuing to carve out its place as Central Iowa’s go-to team for tenant and buyer representation, landlord and seller advocacy, and commercial investment opportunities — with no signs of slowing down.
